1. Within 24 hours the order shall leave our shop. On bigger or complicated orders a longer time will have to be accepted. In case of some article of an order is out of stock, it will be not listed on the order. A backorder of that item is only possible in communication with the „Rollerladen“-team. Otherwise the missing item will have to be ordered again. Orders we receive untill 12 o´clock med.-time will leave the outlet on the same day.
2. The goods will be shipped via UPS, unless another delivery service is requested. Your advantage of a quick and a reliable delivery service. In case you prefer a sending via post service, you will have to give notice to our staff. Please give always an adress and telephone number (e. g. working place) for necessary contact. Sometimes a note at your front door with a message to deliver it to your neighbour might be helpfull.
3. There will be always delivery charges, unless in agreement with the management. For delivery charges outside Germany ask our staff. In case of ordering a complete engine a transport/delivery possibility has to be agreed with our staff.
4. The payment is done by credit card (card number and validity are necessary) A charge of 3,5% of the purchase will be added per each credit card transaction. Also payment in advance is possible.
5. In case of any complain of an order, the buyer is requested to send back the „complain“ item to our shop with a written note (please note also customers ID and account number!). After receiving the „complain“ item we will either replace it or give compensation. All delivery charges of a complain item are buyers cost. Otherwise we won´t accept it. Charges of complains in our fault will be returned.
6. Any damages on the delivery/ parcel an immediately written notice has to be given to the delivery service and countersigned by the delivery service. Afterwards please inform us, what is damaged or missing and we try to find a quick solution. Please compare the goods with the parcel attached packing list.
7. We try to give our best effort to fulfil your order satisfactorily. In case you are not satisfied with your order, please inform us, to give us the chance to improve.
8. Office hours: Open monday to friday from 9.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 18.00. On saturday from 10.00 - 14.00. Closed on sundays and public (german) holidays.
